Hi Everyone..!
How you all doing..?
I hope you all are doing well. Let me come to today's topic.
 SELFISH   I think you all know what it means. Have you ever been selfish..?
I did in lots of things...of course you need to..
Do you know why..?  We all lose our happiness because of thinking about others but not ourselves..
Look at you such a pieces of shining broken glasses...I give preference to my feelings before anyone else..At a point you can't lean on anybody but you can with yourself.,when it makes you happy,Do it..! Never think about others..
If it breaks you leave that isn't for you.. 
So here a poet say's :
Selfishness
"The quality or condition of being selfish
I've never found a definition
that described me so perfectly"

Hello Everyone.. I'm Sienna. I'm not sure what to post as my first blog. I planned to share my personal experience with you guys. In this current generation we do experience lots of depression, anxiety and many more. There's is a quote says " HAPPINESS STARTS WITH YOU" so I hope guys to follow it. Whatever the problem is never take a sudden solution. You may regret it later. I had lots of Trauma from childhood. Whenever I feel down there was no one for me so i decided to be strong all alone.  I started to write journals and read books. I wanted do interesting things to distract myself. I know that every problem don't have solution. Don't let them take you over. It can spoil your mental health. Hi Everyone. Here comes your Sienna. I hope you guys are doing good. Today I didn't prepare any general topics itself so I'm going with my personal again. Do you ever wondered that why life so tough. I did. Like why my life is a rollercoaster. People are just passing clouds i repeat passing clouds. We don't know what's going to happen next. Live your life without regretting. Take a problem as positive sign to life. It will teach you how handle.  Never repeat your mistakes. Learn from it. How hard the life never think to end yourself in it. Never degrade yourselves. Try to hold you in positive way. But I would never say I didn't thought of suicide but I did and tried. The attempt was failed. We've been created for a reason don't spoil it.
